Malcolm thought that if people were as uncomfortable with the directions their corporate bosses were taking as he was, he wouldn't be at all surprised if a whole network of whistle-blowers was silently at work across America, quietly holding down their jobs to pay the rent while sending out wave upon wave of brown envelopes so they could sleep at night.
